Burcu Çayözü (1981) graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, where she majored in Business Administration before specializing in Trichology. In 2006, began her career in the field of Trichology with the Svenson Clinics Group, headquartered in the United Kingdom. She received comprehensive theoretical and clinical training at the group’s clinics in East Asia, gaining valuable hands-on experience. Burcu completed a 2-year certification course at The Institute of Trichologists, UK, one of the most prestigious qualifications in hair care, recognized world wide, provided Burcu with a medically-backed education in hair and scalp health, where she developed practical skills in the latest trichological techniques and gained in-depth understanding of hair and scalp health.

Between 2006 and 2009, she worked for “The Center for Hair Care,” Turkey’s first Hair Care and Consulting Center. In 2009, she co-founded Academy Hair Therapy Center with Evrim Bayraktar, a licensed Trichologist. With her extensive experience and prestigious Trichology diploma, Burcu is an expert in hair and scalp health, in global standards. She is also a member of the International Association of Trichologists (AIT), and is a certified Functional Medicine Health Coach.
